Our Mentorship Programme
The mentorship programme is a key pillar of our schools promise to produce a whole person, well integrated within themselves and with their families and society – All done joyfully & passionately loving the world.
Our Mentorship Program is effectively a Character Education Program. The program offers one-on-one guidance and support to our students, which fosters a well-rounded and fulfilling high school experience. It does so by encouraging students to embrace and use their freedom responsibly in all aspects of their lives.
To achieve these goals, our mentors will work closely with students to help them set academic goals, develop effective study habits, improve in their time management, and discover their natural talents & interests.
In the process, our mentors help our students to identify their personal strengths and weaknesses, set personal development goals, and build the self-confidence and resilience needed to thrive in and beyond high school. This includes broadening of their horizons as regards cultural development and the importance of balance in their daily lives. With this approach we encourage each student to strive to reach their full potential, both academically and personally.
